Hai,

I never thought i would be able to write this blog sitting in my bedroom listening to my worldspace.

One can get internet on a desktop PC or laptop using your GPRS enabled phone as a modem.

I use Motorola E398 phone. It's the best even in comparision with Moto Razr not considering the looks of Raze. Comming to the point.

Internet over Phone.

I'm subscriber of Airtel, Andhra Pradesh.

Tariff:

Prepaid users : Rs15 / day. Unlimited access.

The only drawback I'm facing is "UNABLE TO GET PHONNE CALLS, BUT CAN MAKE CALLS", when i'm ONLINE

Ask the customer care service operator for compatability of the mobile phone one using. Then if Ok send an sms "INTERNET ON" to 121.

In few seconds, u get the confirmation and 1-2 minutes u get the settings for the Mobile Office.

Save Settings and then RESTART Ur phone.

Now u got 2 ways to connet ur PC/Laptop.

1) Use the software & USB cable provided by your Mobile manufacturer to connect ur phone to the PC.
In the software u will have "Internet Connection" using that u can connect to Internet.

2) Use a bluetooth dongle and bluetooth adopter to connect ur phone & PC.
Use the Mfr software and connect to Internet.
